2023-2024 REFUND POLICY

Refund policy

SMGHA will endeavor to provide some flexibility and understanding with respect to refund requests. Throughout the season, we will consider reasonable refund requests. Note that some fees are not refundable once a player has stepped on the ice for the first time, and the amount of any refund, if approved, may be prorated against the amount of ice time already used, training/instructor time already used, team apparel, and insurance fees.

SMGHA Code of Conduct

All members of the SMGHA are expected to conduct themselves in a responsible manner, and observe all public health, OWHA, and facility polices at all times.

Our Code of Conduct, along with policies, procedures and rules outlined within all SMGHA/OWHA/Hockey Canada documents, identifies the standard of behaviour which is expected of all Ontario Women's Hockey Association (OWHA) and SMGHA members, including athletes, coaches, parents, directors, volunteers, staff, chaperones and others. Any breach of any policy, procedure, rule or other direction of the SMGHA/OWHA/Hockey Canada may result in disciplinary action, up to and including expulsion from all SMGHA events.

No refunds will be provided for any time missed as a result of such disciplinary action.
